This agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website, platform and services provided by BeBright+Fun Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “BeBright+Fun”). By creating an account, enrolling in a programme, or otherwise using our site or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

1.1 “User”, “you”, “your” — a parent or legal guardian who registers for services on behalf of a child.
1.2 “Child” / “Children” — a person under 18 years of age, for whom a User sets up the account and supervises all activity.
1.3 “Services” — digital content (videos, worksheets, modules, wellbeing resources, comics, games, quizzes, animations), any live lessons, group sessions, 1:1 tutoring (where applicable), and all associated resources.
1.4 “Platform” — the website, members’ area, dashboard or delivery system that hosts the Services.
1.5 “Materials” — any content, intellectual property, digital files, animations, comics, written materials, worksheets, designs, code, and all related media provided by BeBright+Fun.
1.6 “Terms of Sale” — the accompanying document that sets out payment, delivery, and no-refund policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

2.1 By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the Child and that you have the right to consent on their behalf.
2.2 Children under 13 must only use the Platform under direct supervision of a parent or guardian. They are not permitted to register or maintain independent accounts.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep login credentials secure.
2.4 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Use of the Platform & Materials

3.1 Your access to the Services is limited to the number of children and devices you specify upon enrolment. You may not share your login credentials, allow access to non-paying families, or redistribute the Materials in any form.
3.2 Materials are provided for personal and educational use only.
3.3 Commercial use, re-sale, re-publication, or distribution of Materials is strictly forbidden.
3.4 You may print worksheets for personal use within your family, but you may not reproduce, sell or publicly share them.
3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these rules, at our discretion and without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

4.1 All Materials and content remain the sole property of BeBright+Fun Ltd.
4.2 No ownership or licence is granted except as explicitly stated.
4.3 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display or create derivative works.
4.4 Breach may result in termination and legal action.

5. Safeguarding & Child Protection

5.1 BeBright+Fun is committed to safeguarding children.
5.2 Parents must oversee participation at all times.
5.3 No one under 18 may participate in live sessions without a parent present unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to [email protected].
5.5 We may report serious concerns to authorities.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Content is educational only and not medical or therapeutic advice.
6.2 No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
6.3 Participation is at your own risk.
6.4 We are not liable for external factors.

7. Payment, Access & No Refund Policy

7.1 You accept the Terms of Sale and No Refund policy.
7.2 Access is granted immediately upon payment.
7.3 You waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
7.4 Live lessons remain part of the digital service.
7.5 Replacement content may be provided if cancelled by us.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 We may terminate access for breaches or misuse.
8.2 Access ends immediately upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid.
9.3 Statutory rights are not excluded.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1 Data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data requests can be sent to [email protected].
10.3 Data is retained only as necessary.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
