About This Consent

Thank you for being part of BeBright+Fun.

From time to time, we invite families to share feedback about their experience. Your words can help other parents feel supported and confident when choosing a programme for their child.

Providing consent is completely optional and your child’s identity will always be protected.

1. What You Are Agreeing To (If You Choose to Consent)

By giving your consent, you allow BeBright+Fun Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to use:

• Your written testimonial or feedback

• Your first name and initial only (e.g., “Sarah T.”)

• A non-identifying description of your child such as “Year 5 pupil”

This material may appear in:

• Website pages

• Social media posts

• Email newsletters

• Printed or digital brochures

• Advertisements

• Case studies or presentations

We will never:

• Use your surname

• Use your child’s name

• Use any images or videos of your child

• Publish anything that could identify your family

Images or videos will only be used if you give separate, explicit written consent.

2. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You may:

• Withdraw consent at any time

• Ask us to delete your testimonial

• Ask us to anonymise it further

• Request a copy of any content you have provided

Withdrawal does not affect the legality of content already used before your request.

We will remove the content within 14 days.

3. Safeguarding & Child Protection

To protect all children, BeBright+Fun will never:

• Publish identifying information

• Use names, photos, or video of children without separate, explicit consent

• Share recordings of live sessions

• Use sensitive personal information

• Share content with external organisations

Your child’s safety and dignity always come first.

4. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your testimonial.

By giving consent, you grant BeBright+Fun Ltd a revocable, royalty-free licence to use your testimonial for up to three (3) years, unless you withdraw consent earlier.

5. How to Give Consent

Consent is given by ticking the optional checkbox at checkout.

If you do not tick the box, we will not use your testimonial.

6. Confirmation

By ticking the consent box, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian

• You voluntarily provide a testimonial

• You consent to its use as described

• You understand you may withdraw consent at any time
